In this workshop, Quibilah encourages participants to shift their relationship with grief. She will share how grief can show up as a sacred teacher and as a portal to healing, if we are open to it.
This workshop will foster discussion about how the participants currently relate to grief when it shows up and Quibilah will share ways to honor and create ritual around grief, as it can be a sacred teacher.
There will be opportunities for introspection throughout the workshop, so participants are encouraged to bring their journal and something to write with.

About Quibilah Alexander
About Quibilah (she/her)
Quibilah makes healing more accessible to marginalized people and curates sacred spaces for them to honor and ritualize their healing and transformative moments.
Quibilah offers collective and 1:1 sound healing and reiki sessions. As a ceremonialist and death and grief doula, she holds sacred space in ceremony for others as they navigate life's transitions.
